FAQ

Questions people ask before ordering

Which file formats can you print?

STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP. If you have something else, such as a Fusion or SolidWorks file, export to STEP or STL, or send it along and we'll sort it out.

How is the price calculated?

Each order has a small setup fee, then you pay per gram of material used, including supports. The estimator on the pricing page gives you a guide; the exact weight comes from slicing your file when we quote.

How long does it take?

Standard turnaround is three to five business days from approved quote. Rush service, usually next business day, is available for a surcharge when machines are free.

What is the largest part you can print?

Up to 250 × 250 × 250 mm in one piece. Larger parts can be split, printed in sections and joined with alignment pins or glue.

Can you make my model stronger?

Yes. We adjust wall count, infill and print orientation for the load the part will see, and can recommend a stiffer material such as PETG or carbon-fibre nylon if PLA won't hold up.

I don't have a 3D model. Can you make one?

That is our design service. Send a sketch, photo or the original part with measurements, and we model a printable version, print it and hand over the source files.

Do you ship?

Yes, anywhere in Norway, at cost. Pickup in Oslo is free. International shipping is possible on request.

What if the print doesn't fit or fails?

If a part doesn't match the model you sent, we reprint it at no charge. If the model itself needs changes, we'll tell you what to adjust or quote a fix.
